IKEA 365+ Mandoline, black

Designer Henrik Preutz makes the expensive affordable, by removing stuff, and keeping the essence there. I use his mandolin to slice red cabbage,... then drizzle olive oil and apple vinegar over it, and eat it right away. 😋
